Although the temperature outside has been extremely hot over the past months for most of the United States, Fall clothing has arrived. Ever wonder what’s in and what’s out after Labor Day?  Well, I found some haute trends to look out for this Fall season.  The latest trends on the scene range from Faux fur to the fifties and there is something for everyone taste.  Just take a look at this collection of clothing from fabulous designers like Alexander McQueen

How can we make it without a black fitted blazer. It is made of a cotton blend and you can find the blazer at many fine stores.

I love this beautiful silk blouse for its versatility with any event that you may attend.  Whether you are going to work or need to dress casual, this blouse passes the test.

This has to be a must have blazer.  This tweed blazer has frayed chiffon trim, a silk lining, and is made of a wool blend designed by Alexander McQueen.

The wool blend trousers from SEE BY CHLOÉ are essential to the fall wardrobe. The black is always a mainstay in fashion and the pencil leg will help with the transition into the cooler months.

A ruffled silk blouse will finish the look of classic chic paired with the wool trouser pants. The blouse is made by Moschino Cheap and Chic Silk.

mood dieting Moody? Why Your Diet May Be to Blame

Many women wind up burning their candle at both ends with the demands of work, family and personal obligations. It really does take some time to plan out a meal that provides the proper nutrients our body needs. In fact, many of us lack the necessary iron that prevents sluggish and moody.

It only takes a small amount of iron to get the body back on track. A trace amount of the mineral is required in women, especially during the childbearing years or while we’re actually pregnant. “Iron is part of proteins that carry oxygen from the lungs to other venues in the body.” It forms proteins and enzymes that maintain the healthy body as well as benefit the brain. Non-pregnant women between the ages of 19-50 need 18 mg of iron per day; pregnant women need 27 mg; and women aged 51 and older need 8 mg per day. Talk to your physician before trying iron supplements if you do not feel food is meeting your needs.

Recession Proof Plan!

recess p4 Recession Proof Plan! The world is literally up in arms about the recession. Let’s face the facts; this financial condition has gradually grown over the past years. It did not happen overnight.
Our current economic condition reminds me of Joseph’s story as he reveals the king’s dream. In the book of Genesis, Joseph explains, “The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good heads of grain are seven years… The seven lean, ugly cows that came up afterward are seven years, and so are the seven worthless heads of grain scorched by the east wind: They are seven years of famine… now let Pharaoh look for a discerning and wise man and put him in charge…” Things appeared to be good under Bill Clinton’s Administration, but as soon as George Bush was elected president, the economy suffered with the cost of war on Iraq. Now that we are under the Obama Administration, we should not relax. We are to be held accountable for supporting government decisions or protesting them. Continue to question what our government is doing to put citizen’s minds at ease.
In conclusion, Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to know the will of God? What is good and is pleasing to him and is perfect.” So should God’s children be afraid of what is going on in this world? Instead, we should keep our eyes focused on His word to sustain us. If we concern ourselves with our surroundings then we will be consumed by depression, anxiety, and fear.
The decision is up to you to stay in God’s Word or pay attention to temporal circumstances.

God Bless and Prosper!
